- Chosen by Voters Hello,I do understand that you're very worried, but I am not sure that posting the same question twice is going to be very productive It's really very, very unlikely that you have cancer of your penis skin. Nothing is impossible in medicine, but you are really too young to have a squamous cell carcinoma, in the circumstances which you describe. The other two main types of skin tumour, malignant melanoma and basal cell carcinoma, do not often affect the penis. Cancer is diagnosed for positive reasons, ? not by exclusion, 'because it can't be anything else.' You don't seem to have any positive reasons to diagnose cancer.I don't really know what else to say to convince you.
