Responsibilities:

  • HR business partnering support for Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Recruitment support to all functions/business including:? management of internal career moves for our people, provision of a diverse talent pool,? and raising standards of on boarding /induction

Purpose of Role

  • To partner with the Sales and Marketing Functional Directors and their teams, using organisation and people drivers to provide specialist knowledge in areas of talent management, reward and organization effectiveness.
  • To drive business performance through the provision of diverse talent pool across Thailand as required through; internal talent pools, employee referrals, direct candidates via career shop and preferred recruitment partners sourcing of talent.

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with Functional Directors to develop a clear plan to drive the people & talent agenda to meet current and future people capability requirements within Thailand. There will continue to be a significant commitment to building people manager capability as we develop existing and emerging leaders for the Regional Hub office.
  • Coach and support leadership teams and line managers on appropriate employee engagement and reward/recognition strategies to drive business performance, including implementing and embedding values survey actions. Ensure reward is used effectively as a lever to attract, retain and drive performance. Bring consistency to the way in which reward is understood and applied.

Lead and manage HR Activities across Resourcing & Talent processes

  • Coordinate with HR Solutions and OD resources who administer and coordinate? brassring/resourcing processes, P4G, Training Administration, Talent Management System (Gateway ) data for Thailand

Qualifications:

  • Degree level education, preferably in HR or business discipline.
  • University degree, 8-10 years HR experience including; internal recruitment and / or business partner support.
  • Solid functional HR experience with good understanding of the commercial business, including change management skills & cross-functional/ matrix working in a MNC.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and managers with credibility, strong influence and interpersonal skills.
  • Drives for quality and standards to ensure consistency and fairness
  • Project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional follow through and attention to detail
